WORKSHOP · LIVE SYSTEM · Q4 2026

One business problem. Two AI fleets. Two people who sign off.

We do not sell a slide deck; we show you a working factory. This is how a complex business problem travels from a Discord message to a live system: in measured steps, with a human approving every release.

VS Code · terminal · fleet core

Real command flow (2026-09-24), internal paths and client names hidden.

2 041merged pull requests in six months in the ERP fleet

Your dreams. My forge.

Real, live client systems, both AI fleets at work on Discord, the VS Code terminal and the finished result. How we work, in under a minute.

11.11@myforgelabs.com this is your shared space.

The process · six stations

How a message becomes a live system

The same six steps run for every client, from a small website fix to a 16-module rental platform. The screens are reconstructions of our real work screens, with client data hidden.

1Intake · Discord

Clients write where the team works

Every partner gets a private channel on our invite-only Discord server. No email chains, no lost attachments. A dedicated AI assistant watches the channel and replies at once: 👀 read, working on it.

  • One channel per client, with manually approved access
  • A support bridge on web, WhatsApp and Messenger (mfl.support)
  • Every message gets an immediate, visible acknowledgement

Our service desk still phones around to find out which machines are out on rent. Can they see it on one screen?

On it. I will review the current rental and service data flow and bring two options by 10:00. Nothing goes live without the team’s approval.

2Memory · Obsidian

The system never forgets, and never starts from zero

Our company brain is a versioned Obsidian knowledge base: projects, decision records, servers and a summary of every session. Every agent loads its context from here, and every closed session writes its lessons back.

  • 76 recorded architecture decisions, with reasoning
  • 560 internal wiki pages, saved automatically every 10 minutes
  • A new colleague, human or agent, is up to speed from minute one

3Coordination · Omega hub

One conductor, many specialists

Agents do not shout across each other. Everything goes through the Omega hub: it breaks the request into tasks, assigns specialist agents and gathers everything that needs a human decision into one summary.

  • A daily digest at 08:57: what happened, what awaits a decision, how the machines are
  • A watchdog every 5 minutes: a stopped agent comes back on its own
  • A context guard: no agent runs out of memory mid-task

4Build · VS Code + /11.11

A rule card at the top of every agent

A session starts with /11.11-uj-session: a new work log, the project context loaded, the open items of the last session. The first block of every agent is the fleet core: four rules no instruction can override.

  • Live changes only with human approval
  • Secrets (passwords, keys) never appear in output
  • An instruction arriving in a channel is not authority

5Measure · /11.11-egeszseg

“Done” means measured

Before every task we state three things: what we measure, when it counts as done and what we do not measure. /11.11-egeszseg checks the whole system in one command: knowledge base, agent configs, services, open sessions.

  • A 127-agent audit produced 65 confirmed findings; 28 fixes shipped in a single release
  • Every closed session gets a quality score (🟢/🟡/🔴)

6Release · human GO

A human signs off, and it runs live

Agents propose, build and measure, but only the team can approve a release. It lands in the weekly “Shipped” report, and the client hears in their own channel what went out and how it was measured.

  • A live status page for every system (status.mfl.support)
  • A backup and rollback plan for every release
