Nearly 30 years spent where software is actually used, not written: pharmaceutical wholesale warehousing, commerce, then nine years at the Okosjáték online toy retailer. There he managed the rollout of the webshop and the ERP system, selected vendors and oversaw finance; together with the team, the shop won Hungary’s “Év Webshopja” (Webshop of the Year) award in both 2022 and 2025. So he asks what a managing director would ask: what makes daily work easier, who will use it, and is it worth it? At MyForge Labs he looks after the business side and leads AI-integration projects.

Systems & technology

Javos Zoltán

26 years of enterprise IT and service delivery management: with a global enterprise software vendor in Toronto, a major telecommunications provider in London, then ten years at a UN agency’s service centre in Budapest. He comes from environments where an upgrade must not disrupt the business. He brings that discipline to smaller scale and thinks in systems: how data connects, which process the software supports, and how the solution stays maintainable. At MyForge Labs he owns architecture and AI-assisted development.

Research & development

Research and development, not just delivery.

Alongside software development, the registered activities of MyForge Labs Kft. include technical research and development. In a new field we research and prototype first, and only then make promises: this is how the workplace wellbeing platform (in a university research collaboration), the plan-processing cost estimator and the quote radar came about.
